March 19 — «Шымырлық пен шеберлік күні»
This day is dedicated to national sports. Free workshops on folk crafts and embroidery are also held, including sewing together the lining and outer layer of quilts, drawing activities, and various master classes.
March 18 — «Игі істер күні»
On this day, everyone does something good that they are able to do. Generous citizens organize various charitable events.
March 17 — «Тарихқа тағзым күні»
On this day, events are organized in order to instill national values in children, teach them the national spirit, and foster love for history, the country, and their homeland.
March 16 — Шежіре күні
“Шежіре күні” is a day of remembrance. On this day, special attention is given to studying one’s family genealogy and showing respect to parents and elder relatives. It is considered that knowing shezhire (one’s ancestors up to the seventh generation) is an essential duty for every Kazakh.
March 15 – “Жайлау күні -” (Day of Nature)
Life surrounded by nature has become an integral part of the nomadic worldview of the Kazakhs. Therefore, on this day, special attention is paid to improving and greening the environment, environmental discussions are held, and nationwide clean-up activities are organized. People forgive one another, invite each other to visit, and go for walks together. They also give each other tulips, the symbol of Nauryz.
