We would like to remind you that the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai” is holding a republican essay competition on the topic “The Botai Settlement – Ancient Abode of Civilization,” dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”!

A total of 93 entries were submitted to the competition from the cities of Turkestan, Shardara, Semey, Kyzylorda, Shu, Astana, Almaty, Petropavlovsk, and Kokshetau, as well as from the districts of the Karaganda Region, Abai Region, East Kazakhstan Region, West Kazakhstan Region, and North Kazakhstan Region. The number of participants has been published on the official website of the museum-reserve and on its social media pages.

In order to ensure a fair selection of winners, it was decided to establish a jury committee. The jury chairperson is an honorary teacher and specialist in philological sciences, Seitkasymova Zubayrash Tursynbaevna. The jury members include staff of the “Botai” Museum-Reserve: Abilmaliikov Kuanysh Kabdolovich, Makeev Marat Sailaouovich, Mukusheva Zhadira Omyshovna, and Shaimova Aigerim Zhenisovna. They are reviewing the students’ works and determining the winners of the competition (Grand Prize, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places).
