
On November 27, 2024, researchers of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai,” together with students of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University and first-year students, held a seminar on the topic “Botai: Culture. Discoveries. Hypotheses.”
On November 26, 2024, staff of the Botai Museum-Reserve organized educational historical events at the primary school in Kyzyl Kordon village, Zerenda district, Akmola region, on the topic “Botai – Culture of the Great Steppe.”
During the event, students were given a lecture on the Botai culture, and an exhibition of unique Botai cultural artifacts was presented. Master classes on pottery making and stone disc production were also conducted, serving as interactive elements of the ancient Botai culture.

On November 14, 2024, staff of the Botai Museum-Reserve organized educational historical events at the M. Gabdullina Secondary School-Gymnasium in Zerenda village, Zerenda district, Akmola region, on the topic “Botai – Culture of the Great Steppe.”
On November 15, 2024, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai” was visited on a working trip by Meiram Zhaksylkovich Mendybayev, Akim of Aiyrtau District.
Mr. Mendybayev familiarized himself with the activities of the institution, the project for the construction of a future Visitor Center, and the development of the museum-reserve.
The district akim listened with great interest to a guided tour about artifacts discovered during archaeological excavations at the Botai settlement and received detailed information about the Botai culture.
