On October 17, 2025, ahead of the celebration of the Republic Day of Kazakhstan, the Botai Museum-Reserve organized a dialogue platform on the topic: “Preservation and Protection of Monuments in the Northern Region of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Prospects for the Development of Botai Culture.” The event was attended by Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Anatoly Pleshakov from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University, Meruert Kiyasbek, Director of the North Kazakhstan Branch of the A. Margulan Institute of Archaeology, and Zhasulan Ukeev, Director of the Center for the Protection and Use of Historical and Cultural Heritage under the Department of Culture of the Akmola Region. During the event, researchers from the Botai Museum-Reserve delivered reports and presentations.

The main objective of the event was the exchange of experience in the field of preservation and protection of historical and cultural heritage monuments.
