On June 30, 2023, the staff of the Republican State Enterprise “State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve ‘Botai’” organized a guided tour of the Botai Settlement for guests from the Netherlands.

The visitors were introduced to the history of the region, unique discoveries of the Botai Culture, and were also informed about the ongoing archaeological excavations.

The guests became acquainted with the world of Botai culture and received answers to their questions. They also showed great interest in the dwellings of the Botai culture, which in their shape strongly resemble the Kazakh yurt.

At the end of the excursion, the guests expressed their gratitude to the museum staff and wished them prosperity and success in discovering unique artifacts.
