This year, the Botai State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve is celebrating its 5th anniversary.

Over the past five years, the Botai Museum-Reserve has implemented a range of activities and worked on various projects aimed at studying and popularizing the Botai Culture, as well as promoting sites of historical and cultural heritage. These include campaigns, exhibitions, excursions, international conferences, museum lessons, media publications, master classes, republican festivals, and more.

Excursion work

Cultural and educational activities involve the development of museum educational services and the organization of meaningful leisure for children and adults. Excursions provide visitors with a general understanding of the museum, its collections, and its overall exposition. During the tours, events are explained in detail, offering a general overview of the Eneolithic period, as well as the culture and history of Botai. Over the past 5 years, the Botai Museum-Reserve has organized more than 500 excursions.
