Today, on April 7, 2023, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai” organized a historical and educational lecture and exhibition for students of Ordinskaya Basic School and Kyzylasker Secondary School on the topic “The Botai Settlement” Sacred Treasure of Ancient History”

The aim of the lecture was to provide students with a deep understanding of Botai culture, promote Botai cultural heritage, familiarize teenagers with the history of the region, and foster respect for their country and its historical heritage.

The session was conducted in the form of lectures, a question-and-answer session, and interactive games. Students were asked thematic questions and given cards with tasks, such as questions on the modern state of horse breeding, methods of horse domestication, advantages of Botai dwellings, and the emergence of the earliest settlements, among others. The students provided comprehensive and well-developed answers.

In addition, the students were introduced in detail to unique artifacts discovered at the Botai settlement.

Thanks to such activities, students receive a great deal of additional information and deepen their knowledge.
