Today, on February 1, 2023, the Head of the Excursion Department of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”, Zh. O. Mukusheva, and guide M. M. Kuttybay conducted a historical and educational museum lesson for students of KSU “Aiyrtau Secondary School” and KSU “Shalkar Secondary School” on the topic “Botai Dwellings – The First Version of Field Architecture.”

During the lesson, students became thoroughly familiar with the history of Botai culture and viewed valuable artifacts discovered at the Botai settlement.

Throughout the session, students were asked various questions on the topic, which they gladly answered while actively sharing their thoughts and opinions.

In addition, museum artist-restorer Yu. B. Tikhonov conducted a master class on ceramic production, demonstrating an interactive element of Botai culture.

It is hoped that this event will become an engaging educational experience for students and increase their respect for historical and cultural heritage and monuments.
