As part of the “Five Years Together” campaign dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”, on January 31, 2023, students of grades 5 “A”, 5 “B”, 6 “G”, and 6 “V” from School-Gymnasium No. 2 in Saumalkol visited the Botai Museum-Reserve.

The students listened with great interest to an excursion about the Botai people who lived during the Eneolithic period and about Botai culture. They received extensive information about the unique artifacts discovered during archaeological excavations.

Afterwards, a constructive dialogue and discussion took place, where everyone could express their opinion on the significance of the discovery of Botai culture and share impressions of the presented artifacts.
