In the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”, as part of the “Five Years Together” campaign dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Botai Museum-Reserve, on January 27 of this year, students of grades 5 “A” and 5 “B” from School-Gymnasium No. 2 in Saumalkol visited the museum.

The students listened with great interest to an excursion about the Botai people who lived during the Eneolithic period and about Botai culture. They received extensive information about the unique artifacts discovered during archaeological excavations. The excursion through the exhibition hall of the Botai Museum-Reserve was very interesting and educational for the children.

During the excursion, an installation titled “Archaeological Research of Botai Culture” was presented, where students were able to immerse themselves in the world of history and take part in simulated archaeological excavations.
