In January 2023, at the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”, the “Five Years Together” campaign is being carried out for students of schools in Saumalkol village, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”.

In connection with this, on January 18, 2023, students of grade 2 “G” of Saumalkol Secondary School No. 1 visited the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Botai”.

For the schoolchildren, a very interesting and useful excursion through the exhibition hall of the Botai Museum-Reserve was organized. The children greatly enjoyed the tour of the museum hall.

During the excursion, an installation called “archaeological research of Botai culture” was presented, where students were able to immerse themselves in the world of history and take part in the process of archaeological excavations.

We hope that this installation will help develop the younger generation’s interest in historical and cultural heritage, the process of archaeological research, careful preservation of archaeological monuments, and patriotic education.
