Excursion

On August 3, 2026, the Botai State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve was visited by employees of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and guests from China.

During the tour, the guests got acquainted with the history of the ancient settlement of Botai, dating back to the Chalcolithic era, learned about the life of people more than 5 thousand years ago, their way of life and traditions, as well as the process of horse domestication.

The visitors were presented with the archaeological finds discovered during the excavations and given detailed information about the development of the Botai culture.

The guests noted the high level of organization of the excursion, its informative and scientific value of the exposition.
